  This property is fantastic. Gorgeous views while still being residential. All the amenities needed for a long weekend away. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality pots and pans. All the bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There's a hill on the side of the house you can sled down or there's a park not too far that you can drive to for sledding. The owners are also really easy to get in contact with and respond quickly. Highly recommend this property for a Flagstaff vacation.

• Winter stay

  We had 3 infants with us the stairs inside the property are blocked by a door so that’s safe. Pretty much kid friendly furniture. They do set the thermostats for day and night at 69*F which is a problem when the master bedroom has two windows and a sliding door that bring in a draft for our infant and the weather dropped to 11*F with 35MPH winds we could hear blowing through the area. Be prepared to shovel your own snow if you are going in the winter and wanting to use the fire pit for s’mores. They spend most of the time clearing the driveway prepping for your safe arrival.They do have a lot of activities and games that actually have all the pieces. They have pantry items to hold you over and there is a dollar general close by if needed. Bring your own oil the pans here are not the best and if you cook a meal you’ll need to do a lot of scrubbing or use veg oil my olive oil spray was NOT enough. Also if you have asthma or are allergic to dogs rethink staying here. They must have a white dog I vacuumed twice and both time the Dyson was full of hair. My daughters asthma was a little irritated when she was upstairs but fine when she was downstairs. My right eye was irritated from the dander and I stayed in the upstairs room. My sister took allergy meds. We just are not a dog family so if you are not allergic then I don’t see a issue. This would have been helpful to know as well as the set thermostat during the winter. Great site for onsite snow fun! Property was overall good!

  - "Thanks for your recent stay and items of feedback.d We're sorry to hear about the less than positive aspects of your stay.
  - We are a no-pet property but have had to accommodate service dogs, and as such, we’ll make sure our cleaning staff focuses on hair removal as much as possible the next time we have a service animal stay.
  - Regarding the thermostat, both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats are Google Nest, which can be set to your desired temperature. It’s not something we as hosts prohibit guests from adjusting. We also encourage guests to reach out to us while in residence. We would have been more than happy to help with the thermostat to provide a most comfortable stay.
  Again, we appreciate the feedback and will use it to continue to improve the overall guest experience."
