DRIVEWAY NOT SAFE
2/5 The interior of the house is fabulous. But the driveway is a deal breaker.

Hi there, Evolve and the homeowners always strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, and we're sorry to hear you had safety concerns during your stay. We've confirmed that the listing description and photos state that the driveway is steep, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard. The top of the driveway is flat once you drive to the top, and then the walkway is easily accessible to the front door. The owners have also added steps on the side that guests can use to walk up. The owners have worked hard to renovate the home, and they do all they can to make the best possible stay for their guests.
Fresh, clean & well appointed
5/5 Overall, this property is awesome. We had a great summer family vacation. The Mrs. Pac-Man arcade style console and hammock were loved. The only drawback was navigating the super steep driveway in a sedan.

Enjoyable stay!
5/5 We rented the cabin for a week during the summer months and was thoroughly impressed. The cabin has been recently renovated and it showed - modern kitchen, nice upgrades to the shower and great flow to the house. Was worried at first about renting a house with no air conditioning but the weather was perfect and never felt like it was needed. Never got to use the kayak but there was plenty of room in the garage for our vehicle plus bikes we brought along. The neighborhood is great for walking around or sitting on the front porch and just relaxing. The Ms. Pac-Man game was a great idea in the den and the kids/adults played many a game on it. Maybe the only suggestion would be to leave instructions on how to use the TV for viewing (we had to contact the owner to figure it out - gotta use the YouTube TV icon). Would love to stay here again!
