The property was very nice but the cleaning was not
1/5 The beds were full of hair including the bathroom’s the hairs were everywhere the kitchen counter tops dirty too the cleaning fee is too much and the service was not good

Cozy Cabin
5/5 This cabin was very cozy and relaxing. It had everything we needed to make the trip comfortable. Loved having the fireplace for the cold evenings. It is very close to Northern Arizona University which made it convenient to go back and forth to visit our sons during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property, but...
3/5 Very nice property located in a quiet area. Enjoyed our stay overall, but wanted to point out that despite being charged for cleaning, we were responsible for a number of things such as stripping the beds, running the dishwasher and taking trash cans to the curb for pick-up, which seemed excessive for a family on vacation. In addition, there was long black hair in the tub that had to be cleaned before it could be used. The only other concern was the property representative showed up on our last day 35 minutes before we were due to check out. Although she allowed us to finish loading the car, she sat in her vehicle waiting for us to leave which not only made us feel rushed, but was uncomfortable. Not sure that I would reserve this property again.

Awesome house!
5/5 Brenda kept me up to date on the check in process and any questions I had. House was spotless and very comfortable. Would rent this place again if available. Only thing I would suggest is that she label the light switches. Had a great time!
