  Absolutely loved the house. Very comfortable and felt at home immediately. The location and privacy are exactly as described. It was a great base for activities and private yet very close to anything you may need. If only every other VRBO could be this awesome. Highly recommend!!!

• Great location, almost perfect

  There is much to love about this house. The location is perfect—up highway 89 a bit away from the city but still within close driving distance to stores and attractions. It has plenty of surrounding space and is very quiet and peaceful except for a bit of traffic noise from the highway. It is clean and tastefully decorated in southwest/mountain lodge decor. There is ample room to sleep 6, more if you include the sofa bed. It has a game room with a billiards table and some books and games to keep you occupied. The kitchen is good sized and there is a laundry room with a front, high efficiency loading washer & dryer and a sink. It has a lovely patio with a gas grill and view of Mt. Elden. The master bedroom has a full bath including a shower and jacuzzi tub, large closet, wall-mounted TV, and sliding door to a small patio. Unfortunately, a few annoyances added up and prevented this from being a 5-star house for us. There was only one small sofa and a rocking chair in the living room, making it difficult for everyone to comfortably watch TV together. The bed in one of the guest bedrooms was creaky and hard. The window blinds in the same bedroom were broken and inoperable. Both nightstand lamps in that bedroom lacked working lightbulbs and there were no replacement bulbs in the house that I could find (I replaced them with LED bulbs so they should be good for a while). The kitchen lacked some essentials that most VRBO hosts provide, like a baking sheet, liquid measuring cup, and steak knives (there was one). The dishwasher had come loose from the counter and was extremely difficult to close the door. If we knew these things had been taken care of, we would readily stay here again.

  This house was perfect! Great location! Beautiful house and property! It was well stocked, extremely clean, and updated. Had plenty of books, games, and a pool table. Would highly recommend to anyone and I would definitely stay again if we were in the area. Only drawbacks- not enough seating in living room but we made it work and the beds are very hard. Also would recommend pool table had no chalk and the cues need to be replaced, made it hard to play. I still give it 5stars!

  We had an amazing family vacation! The area, the home and location was fantastic! The owner reached out right from the beginning and was easy to contact throughout the week. The house was great and the view was fabulous.
