5/5 The location is great. Right next to the highway n beautiful scenery. The check in was very easy. The place was neat and clean with all amenities needed. Nice home. Comfortable and very cozy with the fireplace going. Home instructions easy. We were 15-30 mins away from most attractions n restaurants. Felt like home. Customer service was great! I will book again and tell all of our friends about this quiet well kept place!! Thank you for being so kind!

Great location
3/5 This was a great location. All was as described. The furnishings were a bit old. The HVAC system was not the best. The porch furniture was very good. Walk way could use more lights. Worth the money

- We're truly sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. The furniture is of good quality however, they are not new or modern and are traditional in style. We appreciate the feedback and have since conditioned the furniture!
- In regards to the lighted walkway, Flagstaff is a "dark sky" community. It emphasizes the lack of outdoor lighting so you have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing stars and sky up here in the mountains.
- We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay with a real fireplace
5/5 The townhouse was clean and comfortable with large windows to look out at the nearby forest and the sunrise (and moon rise). We were happily surprised to see they had a real fireplace with plenty of wood. It was nice to sit in the living room playing games with the fire keeping us all warm and entertained.
