Great House
5/5 The house was beautiful and the location was great for getting to downtown Cottonwood. And, also close to Jerome. We enjoyed the back patio as well.

5/5 We are 3 couples in our late 60's. We wanted a place close to Jerome . This place was perfect. Outside area has plenty of seating , games, and a firepit. Very close to downtown and wineries.

Nice location, comfortable home
4/5 Overall had a great stay. There was a broken bed, but we were informed ahead of time and really only two of us it was not a problem. There was evidence of possible mouse problem in and around kitchen area along with some squeaking sounds in the ceiling of that area. But overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Kim. We're happy to hear you had a great experience in our home. We'd like to clarify there has never been any evidence or report of mice in the home. As the home has vaulted ceilings any type of alleged critter could not occupy the space. The squeaky sound could have been a loose vent flap that has since been replaced. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. As is evidenced by the many 5-star reviews this homeowner goes above and beyond and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays. Loved it
5/5 Perfect place very close to downtown Cottonwood. Three couples in our group with plenty of room. Private patio was a great place to enjoy the firepit and play games. Wineries and Verde Valley train close by.
