The property was very clean and spacious. Close to most everything we wanted to see. Had good communication with owner. Only thing I would add is a hairdryer and extra trash bags. The kids room was great. And the fenced yard was great for our little dog.

Evolve is a property management company that specializes in being difficult to contact and don’t manage the listing properly through the app as should be required. I never got instructions to check in, was forced to call and wait on hold on their 1800 number to check in. Then the place is set up with a nest thermostat which will constantly go to the “eco” setting even at night while you try to sleep so the place is constantly uncomfortable. This was never fixed because they will not respond through the app. One week after my stay they instead email me to ask me if I reached out to the “guest contact” which is not in their book detailing rules and such. Turns out they included in the late email they sent check in instructions, which I didn’t look at carefully since we had already been forced to call their 1800 number to check in. Their email response makes it clear they are looking for ways to push blame onto me rather than taking the L and providing any compensation or help. Avoid evolve unless you have no other options. It was technically shelter and we slept more comfortably than on the street.

-We strive to provide all the information necessary for our guests and we are sorry this impacted your stay. We confirmed that we sent out the pre-stay instructions a month before the booking reservation to confirm all the necessary information needed for your stay. The Welcome binder was displayed in the home with the instructions for your use
-There are instructions on the 'nest' thermostat and guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat as needed to suit their preferences
-Evolve is a management company, and our teams are always happy to answer any questions or concerns. However, we encourage guests to reach out to their local guest contact with any on-the-ground questions since they know the property and they're able to resolve any issues with the property quickly
We apologize that your experience with Evolve was less than satisfactory, however, the owner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!
