Nice House - A bit isolated
3/5 This house was nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of bike and religious decor. Front and back decks are spacious but really don't have much of a view, all yard areas are gravel, surrounded by neighbors, dogs barking, neighbors talking, walk to the river would be a trek. Hot tub is tucked away on the lower outside under the deck. Quite a driving journey thru small neighborhood roads to reach the house. For our 3 days, and a cost of @ $1200.00, I thought was a bit high.

- As mentioned in the listing, the house is nestled in a riparian area, surrounded by trees. It's situated on over a quarter acre of land, ensuring a sense of privacy as there are no neighboring houses right next to it. However, being part of a neighborhood, occasional dog barking may occur, which is typical in any residential area.
- Our house is conveniently located across the street from the river, with entrances to beautiful trails that run alongside it. While recent flooding has led to some trail maintenance work, the trails are still accessible for guests to enjoy.
- We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.

5/5 Nice outside upper deck with the Verde River across the road. The 2 recliners were appreciated.Since there are no televisions in the bedrooms, and no lamps on the nightstands, one would have to use the bright overhead lights to read in bed. Would recommend to have at least one light on the nightstand in the bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location
5/5 We wanted a place close to Sedona but out of the hustle and bustle, this property was perfect for that and exploring Cottonwood, Jerome.

Great house Great location
5/5 Very nice. Great beds, nicely equipped. Short drive to everything we wanted to see around Sedona. Old Town Cottonwood had great restaurants and bars.

Quiet friendly neighborhood
5/5 We took time and enjoyed the neighborhood it was quiet and everyone we met while walking were friendly. It was peaceful and a great retreat for our 25th wedding anniversary. We truly enjoyed our time at Cottonwood.
