  This was an amazing house to stay in! Plenty of space for four people, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, bathrooms were great and well stocked, bedrooms were great as well. The inside of the house was perfect, but the outside was absolutely spectacular! Anyone who decides to stay here should definitely budget some room in their vacation to spend time on the screened in porch. The view was amazing and it was a great place to sit, eat meals, and chat with loved ones. Instructions for check in and out were very clear and easy to follow. The location is great, a 30 minute drive to major Sedona icons and within 10 minutes to everything you might need on vacation - gas, grocery, etc. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a place to stay in this area, if I ever go back, I’m rebooking at this location! You definitely get a great experience for a great price!

  Temperature was comfortable, we never had to touch the thermostat (it was pretty chilly outside)....everything worked. Easy parking and close to Cottonwood with lots of restaurant and grocery options. Beds were comfortable. The view from enclosed porch was nice. I would rent again.

  We would definitely stay here again! Quiet, nice views, great porch, good layout for individuals’ privacy (2 bedroom, 2 bath.)

• Quaint and quiet

  Self-styled "Frankentrailer" was comfortable and so blessedly quiet. Huge screened in front porch for looking out over the town and watching sunsets. The shower looks terrifying but be brave, it's not hard to figure out. Super comfortable king bed in master room, modern appliances. 10/10

• The place was gross. It’s an old modified manufacture home

  We didn’t understand this was an old modified manufacture home with old bedding and cheap furniture , rusted shower, rusted fan, portable AC units, and paper cat face cut outs shellacked on the manufactureres panel walls The outside porch was dusty and beat. Just know what you are getting into. Would appreciate the opportunity to upload REAL ohotos of the insides

  Pam, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  -While this property is a manufactured home, we've recently put a lot of work into remodeling it to become the perfect place to stay during your vacation
  -We've chosen a rustic aesthetic for our home and have coordinated vintage furniture, an antique claw foot tub, and exposed copper piping within the main shower to fit this theme
  -We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect the property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations
  -Although we do our best to keep the outdoor area clean including power washing and painting shortly before your stay, we live in a desert and it's certainly possible for Mother Nature to have an effect on it
