  Nice place to stay! Great location, nice pool, plenty of room for 3 couples. One slight hiccup that was addressed immediately by rep and owner. Would stay here again!

  Very disappointing. House smells musty and the smell sticks on your clothes. There were bugs in drawers and roaches in the hallway. Several broken cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a bee hive inside the tree in backyard. We contacted property manager & they did send someone out to clean the backyard & spray the hive, but bees were still swarming after 3 days & owner said “what do you want me to do, they’re bees”. Aside from that, the backyard is nice. The listing boasts 7 tvs but fails to tell you it’s all streaming services which require your own account. Owner did provide access to Disney+ as a courtesy. For a “new” property it was not as described or expected. We wasted a lot of time trying to resolve issues instead of enjoying our vacation.

  Hi Tina, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
  - The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's stay. The cleaning crew sends me photos every time they clean for quality assurance, and I also do a check to ensure it is fully prepared for each guest's arrival.
  - Neither the cleaners nor I saw any bugs in the home before your arrival.
  - The broken cabinet drawers are a cosmetic issue and do not have an effect on the cabinet's working.
  - I sent an exterminator out to take care of the bees. However, it can take some time for the bees to be completely gone. I did everything in my control to resolve this concern.
  - Every TV in the home has a Roku, and free channels are available. It is not common for vacation rentals to provide special packages for shows and sports events.
  - I sent two maintenance workers to the property to address any of your concerns. I made every effort to help provide an enjoyable stay, and I'm sorry that you felt that my efforts were insufficient.
  The owner has worked hard to prepare this home for travelers, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
