4/5 Overall it was a good place to stay. Cozy and comfortable. Only drawback was it took a long time to get hot water.

Chandler Casita
1/5 So many things that were problems it’s hard to know where to start. I would sum it up that it just wasn’t a quality build with plumbing and electrical issues along with a heating system that is inadequate and difficult to regulate. The bright spot was Erika the hostess who was awesome and Chris the plumber who worked on a weekend night to take care of us.

Visit for Thanksgiving
4/5 The instruction for accessing the casita was incomplete and we had to call to get the proper information. On the positive side someone did answer immediately. As it was a very cold week for the Phoenix area we did not take advantage of the outdoor facilities. The casita did have a very small space heater but it was insufficient to warm the large area. Once again they did respond immediately when we called and brought us a new larger space heater and electric blanket. Most VRBOs we have rented did provide coffee. Usually a Keurig. That would have been nice. This would be a good place to rent in warmer weather but of course there is no controlling that.
