Family wedding reunion
5/5 We loved the property and it suited our 7 adults very well. We enjoyed the views and used the paddleboat. We found the dishwasher full of items when we arrived and it was apparent that deep cleaning under the sofa was not done for some time. The hot water in the master took a very long time to be available. The HVAC was comfortable and the ceiling fans were pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We really didn't use the TVs at all. It would be nice to have Spotify access through the Roku

5/5 Property is as advertised. Plenty of room, clean towels and not close to Phoenix. Chandler is a nice city and the house was very nice.

Occotillo Lake house
4/5 Property was great location to our daughters wedding at Sun Lakes. Could have been a little cleaner, found a few cob webs on windows and debris around floors. kitchen amenities were not very clean . Hair found on linens . No facial tissue provided, no salt or pepper found had to go buy. Couches could need to be upgraded. Not a deal killer.
