Excellent Condo and Host

On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the highest rating, I would rate the condo and the host an eleven! Would we stay there again? Would we recommend this rental to others? Yes and yes!The condo is lovely and located in a very nice community. It was clean when we arrived and stocked with all the essentials we needed. Prior to our arrival the host sent us all the necessary information we needed to enter the gated community and gain keyless access to the condo. The host left the keys for the pool and clubhouse on the kitchen table for us along with a binder of information to orient us with the condo and the surrounding area.One small maintenance item arose during our stay that was immediately addressed. On New Year’s Day we discovered the shower head in the master bath was clogged. I called the contact number given us, expecting to just leave a message, but the property manager actually answered the phone. She secured a handyman that same day to replace the shower head with a new one. That demonstrated to me that the hosts go above and beyond to take care of their guests.We had an excellent experience with our rental. I’m confident if you stayed there you would too!

Immaculate, modern, perfectly located; I hated to leave

First thing you notice is the contemporary, open floor plan which happens to overlook the pond. Next, the property is immaculate and well decorated. Additionally, the bed slept better than any reasonable standard/expectation. The owners are available, pleasant, and responsive if you have questions. I lived here 65 days and I didn't want to leave!

Beautiful condo

Loved this place. Very light and cheery. Kitchen has everything you need and more! King size bed very comfortable. Could be a problem for older people going upstairs from garage. Nice deck overlooking pond. Great big TV.

The Perfect Place!

From the moment you walk in the door you can feel the personal touch. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the living room is very relaxing overseeing the waterways and palm trees. The living room couch was perfect for watching the large flat screen TV and was very appreciated, especially with social distancing. The mattresses were very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. We really loved the community pool and swam daily. The gated community is upscale and well groomed.

The owners were responsive to all our questions and it was clear that they pay a great deal of attention to the guests comfort. We can highly recommend this unit and have to say, it’s the best we have ever rented.
