  We went to Bullhead City for fishing at Lake Mohave, Katherine’s Landing launch. This house is perfectly located for proximity to Katherine’s and access to Laughlin. The house is pretty much brand new and has all the basics for a comfortable stay. The only down side is there is no access to using the 2 garages for parking the boats at night. You can park the boats on the driveway, but then you need to unhook the trailer to park your truck. Other than that it’s a great place.

  4/5 Star The property was clean and well maintained. Accommodating for general needs such as paper goods, cookware and linens. Plenty of room for a large family to move about freely. Movie nights in the living room was fun! No one fought over a spot to sit in because the couches were spacious enough for everyone. The management correspondent Brian was available for communication via call and text each time I needed to ask a question. He was friendly and responded promptly. Our 2 year old locked the master bedroom door. The downside was there was no “key” or tool provided to unlock it. Fortunately a Dollar General Store is right on the corner (only a 3 minute walk) so we bought a tiny flat head screwdriver (one you’d use to tighten your reading glasses) and unlocked the door.Being December, cold and raining during our visit, The heater seemed to only blow cool air. The thermostat wouldn’t move past 71° and the bedrooms were significantly cooler. We wore jackets around the house and double blanketed at night.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

• Everything was GREAT

  The house offered everything we needed. We swam in Lake Mead in the daytime, and rested in the house in the night time. My family and I are ready to stay here next year. The WiFi works great. The rooms can get a lil too cold at night so bring extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with most things you need. Laundry room came in handy.

  The house is obviously very new and it's likely we were some of the first guests. The place was clean, which was nice! But isn't completely stocked just yet. Things we felt could be added: washcloths, bath floor mat/towel, travel size soap/shampoo, measuring cup, cooking spray and a baking sheet. Also, the WiFi was very slow which prevented us from being able to watch any TV - this was a big bummer as we had 3 young kids with us. The fan in the master was not working, so no light made it a bit difficult. Lastly, the beds were not very comfy - very thin/hard mattresses. We messaged the owner the first day but never heard back. We stay in Bullhead often at various rentals and know this one has great potential! Again, the property was clean and that is always our top priority!
