I have been to Bisbee 13 times in the past 10 years, and I like to stay at different places every time. I won't be doing that anymore. I will be staying HERE!!!
I go to Bisbee for relaxation and the beauty of the place. My favorite thing to do is just sit outside and watch and listen. The outdoor sitting options here are fantastic; two chairs outside the door, a shaded egg chair, and a wonderfully private sitting area with andarondak chairs. The views are insane.
Sure, there are a good # of steps to get to the house, and a lot of huffing and puffing ensued, but we knew what we were in for. You park in Brewery Gulch, which is central to everything.
The house was cute, clean, and had all the amenities. I can't wait to stay in this purple palace again!
Bisbee, AZ is known for its stairs and this place does not disappoint, but it’s definitely worth the short hike. The views are amazing especially at night. It’s very close to everything (bars, shopping and tourist stuff). It’s an amazing city rich with history. It is very peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend staying here if you visit for a couple days.
This apartment was so lovely, many exceptional details from the decor/amenities (flashlights/makeup remover/keurig pods/vinyl record player) to the location. We had no trouble with the 80+ stairs and we are in our 50's. We were so comfortable and everything you need is here or close by. We would highly recommend this place!

When I got to the apartment, there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. When I asked for these items, the host wrote back "that's just not something we provide, it's never been an issue with our guests before". Right. No one in the history of your property has ever wanted to take a shower with anything more than bare hands. She couldn't have been more insulting if she tried. Oh, but they provided coffee and tea, and creamers, and Keurig and Kleenex, and earplugs and flashlights, and lotions and shampoos and conditioners and hand soap and dish soap, and makeup remover, and kitchen towels, and even a working guitar. Happily, the next morning, housekeeping showed up with the items I requested. I chose this property for the remoteness and the solitude it seemed to offer. But the whole time I was there, there were painting crews, pressure washing the house and painting. If I had known that I definitely would not have stayed there. Lastly, I hope the owners will advise housekeeping to do some deep cleaning occasionally. The volume of crumbs and detritus under the couch cushions was gross, as was the mystery spots on the head board in the bedroom. I pulled the sofa away from the wall a little bit for a better angle at the television. Nobody's cleaned behind the furniture for a long time.

We came to visit Bisbee for my father's 80th birthday and wanted to stay in Old Bisbee. This place is just perfect! The stairs were not a problem for us, we are in our 50's and there are about 90 stairs to the apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated. Everything you might need is there. There were many special thoughtful details that really put this place over the top. The location is great, we never had issues finding parking in Brewery Gulch. The Old Bisbee Brewery is right down the stairs, super convenient to all of downtown. It was very quiet, even at night when we could hear music from the bars it really didn't disturb us. It was nice and cozy! We packed light so didn't have suitcases, just duffel bags. We really enjoyed our stay!
