Family wedding short stay
4/5 The house checked my must have boxes. Clean, comfortable beds and up to date décor. What it lacked was some of the basic necessity's in the beginning. Such as, no dish soap, salt & pepper, garbage bags, etc... it's inconvenient to have to buy all of these basic needs upon arrival. I'd prefer to have what we need in the beginning and replace what is used. Owners still need to work out some pool and thermostat issues but with a little TLC this could be a 5 star stay!

Poorly equipped, furnishing in bad repair, cat excrement and overall disappointment
2/5 Here is a list of issues with this rental:Cat poop everywhere in backyard, especially side walkway;Unpleasant odor emanating from locked garage;Bar stool cross brace fell off first time it was used (glue didn't hold);Pool lounge chair collapsed as soon as guest sat down crashing to cement patio;No information on TV use; entry code instructions did not include required use of the pound button, garbage instructions confusing;Cutting board dirty, warped and separating;Patio light did not work, outdoor fireplace ran out of propane on second night and patio screen door wouldn't close;Toilets run consistently, guest bath toilet paper holder broken, MBR holder about to fall off wall and no bathmat in guest bath;Kitchen GFI by sink not working;Coffee maker didn't work upon arrival. Property manager did deliver a replace promptly.We've stayed in numerous rental properties and have found them all comfortable and enjoyable with the exception of this property. Overall, I would describe this rental as poorly managed and maintained. If the owner is paying a manager, they are not getting much for the money. I do not recommend this property.

There is now an updated welcome book, that shows a renter how to turn on/off the outdoor and pool lights. Cleanliness is a priority for Evolve and the homeowners, so to hear that there was an issue with that was bothersome and was addressed immediately.
