4/5 Home had plenty of room for all. Comfortable beds. Hot tub was just right for an afternoon dip. Large fenced in yard was nice for the children we had with us.

5/5 Small family gathering for Christmas 2022… The upper living area was cosy, but more than adequate space… the bedrooms, bath, & rec room are very spacious. We loved the snowy views & the hot tub! We enjoyed seeing the bald eagles & a pair of red headed woodpeckers. Perfect family gathering location!

Convenient, large, updated getaway to the greater Fayetteville/Bentonville area.
5/5 Hi, we loved the convenience, the size, the amenities, and the updated style of the home. Loved that it had a fireplace and the owners didn't mind us using it. We enjoyed the living spaces the most as we were indoors mostly. The views were amazing -- spotted a bald eagle and a pair of red headed woodpeckers. The lake views were beautiful as well. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub too. I felt the house was stocked better that most rentals. -Liz
