Dirty
2/5 The house was not clean. Tons of bed bugs in home, plus alive bugs. Tons of spiderwebs in every place you looked. Bedding had stains and house could definitely use some major upgrades.

**NOT CLEAN** No resolve for concerns
1/5 Y’all!! The management company for this property, Evolve, says on the first page of their website that you can “Enjoy a unique, professionally-cleaned vacation home backed by 24/7 guest support so you can travel without worry.”This was far from true at this property. There was nothing professional about the cleanliness of the rental. The whole house was dirty. There was food liquid and crumbs throughout the fridge. The microwave was covered in food splatter. There was hair and gunk in the bathroom drains. THE JETTED TUB HAD A RING OF BODY OIL GRIME. Both toilets had body hair and toilet grime under the seats. There was a used toothbrush in the master bathroom. The forks had food on them and hair in the drawer. The provided dish scrub brushes were old and soiled. The complimentary fruit was moldy and the chips were expired. There was a moldy kids cup lid in one of the kitchen drawers. There were dead bugs in the pantry. There was a dead moth under the top quilt in the master bed and hair in the sheets. We took pictures as soon as we arrived. We weren’t even comfortable enough to shower or bathe our toddler due to cleanliness issues. All the couches had stains, not to mention what we believe to have been MOUSE POOP on the couch under the decorative pillows. Took pictures of that as well. The well overdue air filter had an old air freshener hanging from it. 15/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here. When we contacted the guest contact…no response or resolve was made for our concerns. This place is NOT professionally cleaned. We are traveling across the country and had no other place to stay with our dogs so this was the most disappointing stay we could’ve imagined. Spending the amount of money we were charged, I don’t think it’s asking too much to have clean toilets and a clean place to bathe. Just, pure disappointment and regret. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

Perfect secluded get-a-way
5/5 We loved this property, both in space and amenities. It's just outside of town, and is nice and quiet. This property was setup for small family or couples, with plenty of places to gather, whether on the back deck grilling the burgers, or on the front porch sitting on the swing. This property has been added to our "Favorites".

Water ran out. Cleanliness, Pictures did reflect reality,
2/5 Pictures did not reflect reality.Couches were not clean popcorn and snacks on the seats.Ran out of water in the middle of taking a shower very unpleasant experience when you had the soap all over your body.This is not clean enough not organized. But we made it thank you
