5/5 This is a great property, best place I have ever stayed. Beds for everyone. 5 mins from sandy back area. Hopeful to be a repeat vacation place. Arcade was awesome, my koi da enjoyed it.

Robinson Roost
3/5 This house had big rooms and the air conditioning was cold. We didn’t realize the basement had a separate entrance. This worked for our group, but would be difficult for families with small children. Everyone enjoyed the game room. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly. There were several spider webs around the door, so we swept and cleaned the entry.

-We're glad to hear that you found the rooms to be spacious and the AC effective. Also, we're happy that you appreciated the game room and our reliable communication.
-We understand your concerns about the separate entrance through the basement. Fortunately, this did not affect your party but future guests with children should be aware of this feature so that they are not uncomfortable upon arrival.
-We're sorry that you found a build-up of spider webs around the front door. To be fair, there is not much we can do about this because webs can accumulate between a cleaning session and your arrival.

5/5 Exceptional in every way! One of the best houses we have ever rented for a big gathering of family and friends. Everyone had their own space, with lots of places to gather from the big living room, the beautiful deck that looks toward the lake and the amazing game room! Perfectly clean, comfortable and one of the most hospitable homes I have stayed in. We loved it!
