Perfect getaway spot
5/5 The space was great. Everything was clean. Easy access and beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. We has an issue with the hot water but it was fixed within 30 minutes of notifying Joe! Joe is very prompt to respond to any questions, comments, or concerns. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great Stay + assistance
5/5 Group of three adults stayed over derby weekend. Condo was comfortable and clean. Easy 5 min Uber to Oaklawn.
We left some items after checkout and received fast assistance on their return to us.
We will be checking out this place again in the future. Great stay.

Convenient location and a great view
4/5 Nice gated property with personal covered parking. The building is older but the condo is completely updated and has comfortable beds. The large windows with the view of the lake were so nice. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure from the shower head in the shower.
