CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2080
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in to ensure  that all guests are 25 or older
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn the air conditioning to 84 degrees in the summer months and turn the heat to 60 degrees in the winter months
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

In "Additional Pre-Stay Information", please add the following:
- Boat docking is available on the non-covered dock area. The lift and that part of the dock are limited to owner access for all boat docking and tie-up. Please feel free to fish off that part of the dock
- Guest access for boat docking is limited to the opposite end of the boardwalk from the covered dock area
- Boat trailer parking is available at the end of the main access road (Cody Terrace) just past where the road drops or declines downhill into the property. You will need to back the empty trailer onto Cody Terrace from the main road since there is no way to turn around anywhere on the property. No boats or trailers can be driven down the hill into the property past the trailer parking area
