  This is the second time I have stayed here and have booked the third trip! If you looking for Space, cleanliness, the best hospitality, Convivence to lake access and the most comfortable stay ever, this is it!Absolutely LOVE IT!

• Ladies Weekend

  We have stayed at the lake house several times and can’t wait until our next visit. The house is always spotless and has something for everyone. This trip we had a total of 4 ladies and could easily accommodate more. The rainy weather made for more indoor time to relax. We felt safe and enjoyed the privacy this home offers. The host are AMAZING! From the treats and amenities they provide to the overall care to ensure each guest has the best possible time while staying at the property.

  This is my second stay here and have booked for a third. Mrs. Doris goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house is exquisite. The perfect getaway for relaxing or tournament fishing, as the ramp is literally in the back yard, making it easy access. Tons of space to relax and the deck is perfect for watching the sun go down. I cant say enough about this home for a short or long stay getaway.

  This is a bit lengthy but I feel like this little hidden gem deserves a great review so here goes…We stayed at Jimmy & Doris’ place and had the best experience imaginable! When we first walked in the door we all commented on how amazing the house smelled and how sparkling clean and immaculate it was. The home is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the small details our hosts left for our stay like free bottled water and snacks on the counter, a welcome note on the chalkboard, a hand-written thank you note, and a list of restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. The BEST part of this home was the amazing view!! Definitely a WOW factor!! When you enter the main living area, you can instantly see the beautiful lake and pine tree lined cove. Directly off of the living room is a large sun room with windows on all sides giving you a perfect full view of the yard and lake. This was especially nice because it rained some while we were there but we were still able to enjoy the outdoors while sitting at the sun room table sipping on coffee and playing the cards & board games they provided. The deck was so nice and the sunsets over the lake & Ouachita Mountains is literally breathtaking!! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds and linens were soooo comfy. The owner’s suite has a private en suite bathroom and both have a beautiful view of the lake.The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need to cook a meal (cookware/bakeware/utensils, spices, etc). The WiFi is strong which allowed my husband to do his work Zoom calls without any issues while I streamed Netflix and the kids played on their tablets. The home is located in a small quiet neighborhood about 10-15 mins from town. We live in a big city and wanted a place where we could escape all the hustle & bustle but still be within a short drive to the downtown area which is exactly what we got. I could go on and on about the home but I do want to mention one last thing, the hosts. Doris was so friendly and kind and went above and beyond as a host. She reached out via text shortly after booking and again while we were traveling there just to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to make sure our check-in process went as smooth as possible. We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home! We feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Hot Springs and will definitely be back!!

• Hospitality at its finest!!

  From luxury linens to a fully stocked kitchen and from spacious rooms to gorgeous views, this house has it all! Look no further! The house is furnished with plenty of lounging and eating spaces, and the back deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the fishermen and wildlife around the lake. The hosts are so quick to respond and have thought of every need a traveler might have. We would definitely consider a return trip! One of our favorite stays in Hot Springs!
