Derby weekend

Loved the house. Nice, spacious, clean.

Loved all of the games upstairs.

Only complaints is not enough bath towels in all bathrooms. We could not find a single dish towel and rag

Ice maker did not work

And back door would not lock.

Fun house for kids and a dog! We appreciated the large dining space for 10 of us!

Neighborhood seems sketchy and dogs close by would chase us if we wanted to walk. Our last night we had a storm related power outage and being so remote there didn’t seem to be anyone to come and restore it!

Hi Randy, we're glad you enjoyed the spacious area! We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality and take pride in ensuring guests have a 5-star experience.
- While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to find our nightstand damaged with a carving on it from your party. A claim was filed to replace the nightstand.
- As the house is in the country, there are no zoning laws. Our house is on the lake, so many of the houses on this part of the lake belong to people. We have walked several times in the area and have never had any issues with dogs. If you had brought your dog, this may have drawn their attention.
- In regards to the power outage, there was a storm that night that affected the power all over Arkansas. Hot Springs was one that experienced while we try our best to provide a great environment for guests, the power outage was out of our control.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay and look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Christmas in Hot Springs

The house was roomy with a lot of space for different groups of people to congregate in various parts of the house. There were couches both in the main living room and in the playroom area on the second floor. The kitchen had a double oven which was vital with all the cooking we were doing for Christmas.

The only negative was an issue with the heat. Part of this may have been due to the extreme cold that Arkansas was dealing with at the time. The heat pump that provided heat for two of the bedrooms did not work all the time. I contacted Evolve and they had a technician come relatively quickly.

The family had a good experience staying there. It was better than getting multiple hotel rooms.

Where do I start...we had our annual family Christmas & this was the most beautiful house we've stayed in so far. The Christmas tree & decorations were an amazing bonus. We had 16 people and we were very comfortable with every family having a bedroom & bath. There's so much room to move around & the teenagers & adults loved the games upstairs. Everything was so clean and nice. We will definitely look for this home again next year.

Sibling Reunion

This house with 6 bedrooms with king or queen beds and private baths was perfect for our group of adult siblings. Very clean inside and local contact solved one minor issue promptly. The setting on the lake was beautiful and even better than we expected. Lots of games and fully equipped for guests of any age. One room set up for children was not used. Definitely recommend.
