Beautiful yet unsatisfying
2/5 Beautiful home I admit, but a few things along the way that were very unsatisfying, kitchen sink began to Leak and there we were cleaning water, hot water heater tank beeped all night, to wake up with no hot water on the main side of the house. Had to let plumbers enter the house while no one was there because the host couldn’t be there, Because it was her birthday. Attempted to use the hot tub in the master bedroom and the water got cold before the tub could fill so that was a failure.. and all I wanted was to be accommodated for the inconvenience not even a full refund and I was treated as if I was the issue. I was told the I wasn’t inconvenienced because the master bedroom had hot water and 7 adults could have shared that restroom, I left a message on the host VM about the leak in the kitchen and was asked to prove it, how can I prove I left a VM on someone’s phone! And how can I prove that the water coming out of the faucet is cold..
