• The Perfect Retreat

  My husband, my daughter, my son-in-law, and my 18-month-old grandson spent a weekend at this beautiful home outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas. First, the house was easy to locate and was located in a very convenient location near town, but it felt like we were a million miles away from it. The home is perfect in every way: It is clean, well cared-for, and comfortable. The setting is idyllic -- it is like being in a park. Because the home is three levels, we were all able to spread out and get as comfy as we needed. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and made sure that everything was as we wanted. I cannot be more pleased with our accommodations, and I can strongly recommend this home to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable place to stay while in the Hot Springs area. We were close enough to town to run into town a couple of times a day, but far enough away to not feel crowded. All in all, I only have good things to say. It was wonderful. Thanks so much!

• Amazing Place! 3 story house. 4 seperate sleeping spaces that accommodate 7 people. 2 king, 1 queen, 1 twin. Shared fire pit by creek. 2 Private outside sitting areas with house. Hammock. There are 2 grills.

  Lynn and Wes are the BEST! We have stayed at our fair share of places and they by far are the most accommodating wonderful people who have thought of everything! The house is beautifully decorated. Every thing you can think of is in this cozy home. I promise when you step through the door it's like a home away from home. We were greated with a personal gift containing mountain spring water and smores. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 stories to this beauty. The down stairs is accessed by the garage and has a single bed space, a room with a king bed, washer / dryer, and full bathroom with steam shower. 2nd story which can be accessed from both front and rear door has a 1/2 bath, dining room, living room, and kitchen. The top floor has a queen room, king room, and a shower / bath combo. Upon our arrival some of this downstairs lights were not working. I contacted Lynn and Wes and they had it fixed immediately. Very caring, kind, and welcoming. Their attention to detail is top notch! We hope you enjoy this wonderful space as much as we did. Book today!! You will be happy you do!

• LOVED this house and peaceful setting!

  The peaceful setting was perfect when we returned from our adventures in Hot Springs! It was nice to have options of sitting on the back deck, front deck or in the swing by the bubbling creek during the day. I loved the layout of this house which was perfect for both time together in the main living area and quiet time alone in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The hosts were very helpful, available and knowledgeable in all the opportunities for fun activities in the area. I will definitely plan on booking this house again and plan on staying longer because it is the perfect home-base while enjoying so many differnt experiences in the area. LOVED my stay at this property!!!!

• Great House and Host

  The house is comfortable, cozy, and decorated so cute! It has all the things you need, both inside and out. Our 5-year-old grandson loved the hammock! It has a grilling area with picnic tables, a separate cozy area around a firepit, swings and two outdoor seating areas. Lynn and Wes were awesome hosts.

• AMAZING ARKANSAS STAY

  This house was not only clean,and comfy but also BEAUTIFUL!!!! The upstairs bathroom was literally my favorite I've never seen such intricate work. The owners were more than helpful. I love, love, LOVED THIS HOUSE. The downstairs steam shower is a MUST try. The house's porch was perfect for the peaceful location
