  The host did an exceptional job renovating the property. My wife and I had continual communication with the property manager/owner through text and her emergency line in case anything came up. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Hot Springs, AK. You will surely be impressed with the renovations and how well the property is managed. It is close to the center of the park, which is where the bath houses are located and within a drivable distance to the nearest Walmart or Target to grab any left items. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our first family adventure with our newborn (2 month) old son. Captain Rammell Nwaokai, US Army Medical Officer.

  Immaculate accommodations and the location was perfect. Wills cinnamon rolls across the street are a must.

• Anniversary getaway

  Kudos for taking a nostalgic property that evokes the heyday of automobile travel and giving it a fresh look. Loved the cottage and the front porch. An excellent place for morning coffe and evening cocktail.

Although everything from the inside is modern and I could have torn the whole place down and started over, I really loved the look of Settle Inn and found a way to keep it looking like that from the outside. The brick is my favorite feature and I was able to keep it intact, thankfully!

• Birthday bungalow getaway!

  What a great place to stay! One of the easiest people to deal with in years. The owner and her husband even came by to make sure we didn’t need anything. The porches are wonderful to sit and relax before or after dinner. Extremely clean.Easy access to downtown, parks, trails, and Oaklawn! Literally less than 10 minutes from anywhere. Highly recommend!

• Charmingly Cozy

  This was a wonderful place to stay! There was a group of us- we rented out three of the cottages. We were impressed from the moment we pulled in. They are very nicely redone. They had the amenities of home, and an immediate sense of cozy comfort! We especially enjoyed how easy and incredibly friendly Melissa was to communicate with! We so enjoyed communicating with her, and staying in her cottages- we would send group photos! The location of these cottages was perfect. If you’re not opposed to walking- you can walk the 1.2-ish miles to bathhouse row. Will’s- a delicious breakfast spot is across the street! I cannot recommend this place enough! We look forward to returning!
