  This place was super cute, clean, spacious, and right on the water which was all really nice. However, there were a couple key things things that the listing didn’t mention. To be fair, some of the things are outside the owner’s control but definitely affect the overall stay. First of all, I found getting a good night’s rest there was difficult. Both of the beds and all pillows were very hard to the point I had to go purchase my own pillows to help my neck and shoulders from hurting. Also, there isn’t much soundproofing so being it’s a bottom floor condo, we could hear the family above us. It was pretty loud and we could hear the kids running and jumping, toilets flushing, TVs on, and conversations. This went on well into the night and kept us all up. I even slept on the couch one night to try and get away from the noise. Parking was a bit of an issue too. It’s at the end and unless you have a compact car, it’s very difficult to get in and out of the garage, and even if you do, other visitor’s cars might block you in, which happened to us and we had to ask another guest to move his SUV so we could leave. And finally, there’s some construction going on across the cove so it was a little bit of a bummer to see and hear heavy machinery banging and beeping instead of the sounds and sights of the lake. Overall, cute place and it’s right in the water, but I’d hesitate to come back.

• Wonderful Condo with lots of space

  We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very spacious, that was furnished for comfort. The back patio has a great view of the lake and easy access to the boardwalk in the gated community. Guest bed was extremely comfortable, but the Master Bed could use an upgrade in my opinion (firm mattress). We really enjoyed the location, Oaklawn and entertainment were a short drive away.
