A cold house
2/5 we decided to leave a day early, the house was not as shown on pictures. The outside of the house was dirty and not cozy at all. The windows were too dirty as well. The downstairs of the house was way to cold to sleep and the others rooms way to hot. we were not able to get the thermostat right. hope you get it fix before your next guest.

Perfect Meet-in-The Middle spot
4/5 We chose this house because it was a perfect middle meet up spot for us from Ohio and my nephew & his wife from South Texas. We had an wonderful family trip, and this house was perfect for all our needs. As the listing mentions, there are neighborhood pets, both cats and dogs. All were super friendly. We particularly loved Ricki, Blu and the tiger cat. Someone else had mentioned in their review that the layout is slightly odd. The King bed room is the through way for the downstairs and upper deck. This wasn't a problem for us because our kids were downstairs, but it might be odd for more than 2 families. We mostly stayed on the property hanging out, playing games and cooking. We did head to bathhouse row, which was about 15 min away and did go to central lanes for some bowling, and happily discovered they also have duckpin bowling. We love duckpin, it's so fun. I'm sure this property is even better in season, when you can make use of the dock and water sports.

Relaxing Girls weekend
5/5 We are a group of high school friends who get together every year. This house was wonderful for a group of 5 and a baby. The house was clean and well stocked. The AC worked great and the outside was wonderful! The concrete trail down to the water was wonderful for the stroller and the wagon we brought. The dock is awesome with a wide area to hang out and fish and talk. Also the kayaks that are provided were wonderful and we used them everyday! I will say there are stairs so if someone is not able to take stairs well there is only one room where they could stay. But overall this was an awesome place to stay. The neighbors are also super nice. We were a little worried bc the other docks were close but we still felt like we had privacy. Thanks for letting us stay!

Relaxing scenic views
5/5 The house was a perfect size and just the right amount of beds. Only downside was downstairs bed not too comfy but all others great. We lost my husband a few months ago and his birthday was 7/5 so we wanted to celebrate him. The house was a beautiful place to do that. He would have loved it. Neighbors are very friendly.
