Everything was as expected (good)!
5/5 Three of us (males) chose this house after reading reviews and doing a cost-benefit analysis as we wanted a place which was functional (close to Oaklawn as we were in Hot Springs mainly to go to the horse races) and at a reasonable price and we were not disappointed. The house was very clean and had three bedrooms and had many things provided (e.g. a good TV, a good microwave, good coffee makers).

Excellent Stay
5/5 Property is great! Close to race track, good neighborhood, house is clean. We always cook, everything you need is there. This was our 2nd stay at this property.

5/5 We had a great stay, beds were comfortable, it was clean, plenty of parking. Couch could be more comfortable, but overall great stay. Close to racetrack.
