4/5 Property was clean, all things worked, a little sparse on kitchen items, but what was there was good. One bedroom in basement lacked some privacy with the 2 twin beds, but would be acceptable for kids

Comfortable house
4/5 Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and accommodating. The TVs were complicated in that there is no cable service, and the one in the basement would not even turn on.
Perfect for us!
5/5 It was a good location for everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. Sitting on the back deck, looking at the view and listening to the wildlife was so very peaceful. Just the break we needed!
