  I had trouble parking my boat and trailer.However, I am not the best at backing in to tight places.

  Great potential. There was no attention to details. Had to clean all dishes before using, might have been a seeing impaired person emptying the dishwasher before we arrived. Mattress stored in the master closet so it was difficult to use this otherwise nice closet. All of the burners on the grill did not work, somewhat inconvenient. Cook ware was probably nice at some point, non stick but metal utensils have damaged them. Proper utensils for Teflon coating are not expensive. A couple of wine glasses would be nice as well. Probably has the cheapest dishwasher that has ever been produced. Trash can in the kitched was also filthy.

• Short stay for BFF's

  I'll go with "honesty & facts" for our review because that's what we would want and expect. House is beautiful. Furniture is lacking comfort especially the "beds". Horrible is all we have for them.Guest bathroom window "does not lock" and had a huge roach in it. And the guest closet had a big mattress in it.Currently with the beds that are there and the couch, we can't recommend this rental. Nothin but besties hangin out to catch up, so our review is in all honesty.Our host's Eric and Michelle were easy going and friendly.

  - We are glad you thought the home was beautiful! While bed and mattress tastes are subjective, we understand if the beds did not meet your personal preferences. The mattresses are brand new memory foam and we have not had any complaints about the comfortability of the beds or any of the furniture in the home from previous guests.
  - We will certainly check on the bathroom window and make sure it is locking properly to prevent this from happening with future guests. It is the deep south, so bugs getting in through windows is common in that area. As usual, we will continue to do our best to make sure that the window sills are checked and cleaned. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays
