  My family really enjoyed our short getaway. The condo is located on the water so we were able to enjoy the view from the balcony. The rooms were very inviting and spacious. My only complaint was that the downstairs condo had dogs that would bark every time we opened our doors or used the steps. The grounds could have used a clean up due to litter but that likely has nothing to do with the condo. There was plenty of dining nearby and the grocery store is right around the corner.

  This was the perfect place for our stay and it was close to everything that we wanted to do! We had a great view of Lake Hamilton. The condo was well-stocked and had everything that we needed. This condo was stocked better than any we’ve ever stayed in before, which helped to make our stay perfect and less stressful! We had a sweet welcome basket with a nice thank you note from Mary Ann for choosing her place. Mary Ann was excellent to communicate with and answered questions timely. :) We arrived in Hot Springs a little under an hour before check-in time and was able to check in early, which was so helpful! The code for the gated entry and the keyless entry for the condo were super easy to use!

  The beds were so comfortable and this place was perfect for two couples to get away! Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. Thanks for opening your home to us for a perfect weekend get-away!

  I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one. Got here on Saturday. The view is amazing. You can see the whole lake, beds are so comfortable. Nice spacious living room. So convenient to the restaurants the horse track.

  The place was very clean and the view from the back deck was great. It is close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The cleaning people were slacking, but it is hard to get people to work now days. But i feel like with all the miscommunications we had i should get something back, I had to fold a load of towels to be able to use to dry off with, we had no toilet paper or paper towels. We notified lender as soon as we got there because we were never even give the code to get in or anything. They were super nice and got us everything the next day but it was frustrating with 3 kids under 5 at 10 at night trying to get in somewhere. I will definitely make sure i have all the information the next time.
