  The host had a lot of hospitality but when I arrived she told us about the up stairs bathroom you couldn't shower nor take a bath. It was six of us so we literally had to take times bathing in the one bathroom down stairs. She couldn't find a remote so she went and purchased one, their was a leak in the living room and the hose reek of a horrible smell. We could not utilize the lake cause it was full of trash. I had to go out to buy a small grille because the one on the porch was broke but overall it was a ok place to sleep could have been better was very disappointed because I feel like all of that should have been said to me before I spent $800 Thanks!

  We stayed 2 nights - 3 adults and a 12 yo. We were very comfortable. The home was very comfortable; the cleanliness was spot on. View was impressive. The home was cozy and welcoming. We will return and stay longer. Neighborhood was very quiet.

• Great get away location!

  The Hot Springs Vacation Rental Home on Lake Hamilton was a comfortable casual place to stay while in Hot Springs. We were 3 adults and a 12 year old. The 12 year old totally enjoyed the 'nook' (3rd bedroom) off of the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the river was fantastic. The only downside of this location, was the distance to the national park and historical downtown and a local convenience/grocery store. This home was exceptionally clean. We will return to Hot Springs and hope this VRBO will be available. The host was very responsive and timely to our questions.

  This property had a great deck but it definitely was not waterfront - had been very dry for awhile. It’s fairly convenient to most everything. It could definitely use some updating. The washer and dryer was nice to have and pets are welcome so double bonus. There were 2 extra beds that we didn’t even use so large enough for 6 comfortably, so was very reasonably priced.

  - As stated in the listing, the lake is drained from November to March for maintenance. The water level will be lower during these months. We're sorry to hear that caught you off guard.
