Perfect getaway!
5/5 This is an amazing updated, extremely clean hideaway just far enough out of town to allow for outdoor enjoyment, but close enough to town to shop or eat a delicious Italian dinner. We loved kayaking, fishing, and paddling out in the Jon boat right from the backyard! The outdoor firepit provided for yummy smores made nightly. Hiking and waterfalls are less than a 15 min drive away. The three-level home allowed our 13-person extended family to spend time together playing games and eating at the long 16 person table, while giving plenty of space for separate, comfortable and private sleeping spaces. Everyone found plenty to do from those aged 10 to the young 60s grandparents. The modern, spacious kitchen was great for eating in. The pool table, games, wifi, and TV provided indoor fun when taking a break from outdoor exploring. We can't wait to go back!
Fantastic experience
5/5 Our stay at the lakeside getaway was a fantastic experience. The house itself is beautiful with all the amenities you could need to cook large family meals and eat together at a beautiful table. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and also great cozy couches to gather together to watch a movie or sit and visit. There were plenty of things to do, from games to hiking trails to the firepit, as well as plenty of things to do while spending time at the lake. We had a wonderful family vacation and will definitely be returning for another visit.
Stunning house surrounded by serene wooded and lake views
5/5 This house is truly fantastic. The interior is so tastefully decorated and is so comfortable and homey. There are so many places to just relax and spend time with your loved ones. The house is full of natural light and lake views. It is stunning. The extra long dining table with all of the views had to be my favorite spot. A close second was the deck. But the fire pit, bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen and downstairs area were all so nice! There were plenty of dishes we used to make large meals and lots of spices and basic cooking ingredients which made cooking that much easier. We also hiked and few trails nearby and visited the Sandy Beach. I’m so happy I chose this place to stay and would highly recommend it! I hope I can go back again someday!
