Great place to stay in Flippin.
5/5 Very clean with everything you need to enjoy a quiet relaxed vacation in Arkansas. Convenient location to Bull Shoals, Cotter, Mountain Home and Norfork Lake.Great communication with the owners.We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in great location.
5/5 Stayed here for a fishing trip. House is conveniently located near Bulls Sholes, White River, Crooked Creek and Buffalo River. Everything was great and in good condition at the house. Host was excellent and communicated with us. They even had firewood delivered for us before arrival.
