Beautiful views, but needs some help
3/5 There were several things about this home that I wish were different. The refrigerator has an issue where it was constantly leaking and creating a pool of water at the bottom that needed to be drained. The coffee pot stopped working on the 1st day there and we were missing several linens. After being contacted, they did send more linens and pillows which we appreciate it.Overall, the home is very nice, great views of the river and perfect place for kids to run around. I would suggest that they invest in some more kid friendly/baby gate equipment, since it is a very spacious place for a large family. Just needs some TLC for future guests.

-We promptly responded and took measures to make things right. Our cleaner brought over linens within the hour. All the beds had two pillows, but we purchased additional pillows for each bed and a coffee pot which was delivered
-We wish you would have let us know about the leaking refrigerator during your stay. We would've addressed the refrigerator immediately to make your stay more comfortable. The refrigerator has been repaired
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Just What we needed!
5/5 This is a terrific location and very comfortable. We are locals, needed space for our five children and significant others for Spring break. Was not over decorated, simple and clean. Beds were great! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay
5/5 We were so excited to stay here! My husband grew up down the road and when we came back to visit we were so excited to get to see the white house that he only saw from the Ranchette access. This house is a tiny bit famous I think for that reason. The inside was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were gorgeous. Every morning was coffee on the porch overlooking the river.
5/5 Had a great stay in Fippin,Ar fishing on the White River. Had a public dock moments from our house, house was very comfortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Our home contact was very responsive, will be back in the future for another family fishing trip. Thank you for the hospitality.

Every year we choose a different destination to spend our family Thanksgiving. This home provided us space and comfort!
5/5 Every year we choose a different destination to spend our family Thanksgiving. This home provided us space and comfort! We were within walking distance of the river and trout fishing. I would highly recommend this unit for a large or small group seeking the comforts of home and access to nature.
