  Arrived at the property to find the floors and counters dirty , dirty pot of used oil left in oven, a total of two towels for a listing that can house 7 people and a sliding door left open in the master bedroom leading directly outside. Contacted host, host apologized. Towels were then brought and left while we weren’t at property. Arrived back at the property and discovered the washer was leaking all over the first floor. Left property and never returned. Contacted host about leak and requested a refund as we had no interest in staying in a filthy, unsecured rental that now had water all over the floor. Have never heard back from host and haven’t been refunded for a property that I didn’t stay at. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had on vrbo.

  - We were happy to drop off the towels for you and your guests
  - We got your message late in the evening, for some reason there was a pipe issue and that's why the washer leaked, we responded and offered to come to clean it up but never heard back from you
  - We were unaware you were leaving, we're sorry you had a bad trip
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
