Convenient to U of A Hogs baseball games
5/5 Very clean unit with everything we needed. Felt safe, and it was an easy drive to the U of A Hogs baseball games. We appreciated the cards in the games closet as we played cards during our last evening. We did not communicate with the owner as we did not need anything. The one thing that occurred during our stay was loud cars driving on a street near us, it almost sounded like drag racing during one of the nights. Unfortunately, it kept us up longer than we would have liked, but the owner cannot personally do anything about this issue. There was a short list of items to do before checking out, and we easily covered those items. Overall it met our needs for the long weekend!

Great house and super close to Mountain Bike trails
5/5 We were in town for the US Pro Cup mountain bike race at Centennial Park. To our delight, there was a trail head the street behind the house (Markham Trail) that actually connects into Centennial Park. House was nice and very responsive with questions. One item that would have been nice is access to use the garage (not available to renters). Overall great stay and would come back.

Convenient to Hogs baseball games!
5/5 Convenient, clean, basic unit with everything we needed for this short-term weekend stay. 2-bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, sitting area, and kitchen all accommodated our needs. Would consider for another short-term stay.
Comfortable and quiet
5/5 Very comfortable well laid out house that would work for 3 couples or a family. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown. Definitely will stay here on our next visit to Fayetteville.
