Quaint & Quiet
5/5 We came from Dallas to enjoy Parents weekend at UArk and found this listing to be The Perfect Place!! It is about 10 min from campus & 1 minute from Whole Foods. The entire place is so well appointed, I cooked dinner for my college daughter (who is tired of eating cafeteria food) and everything I needed and more was provided. The beds are firm and the towels are fluffy. This townhouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood next to a mini tennis/swimming club and we never heard a peep from anyone. Enjoyed it so much more than the noisy party houses off Dickson. This place is ideal to use to stay a long weekend in Fayetteville for a family. It is cozy and I will stay here again & again. A+
