Location, location, location!
5/5 My teen and I took a short trip to Fayetteville and wanted to stay close to Dickson St. This property is two blocks south of Dickson. We walked to breakfast and dinner. It's one block from a great coffee shop and some cute boutiques. It was easy to get anywhere else in town too. The property manager was super helpful and friendly. She answered my questions fast and concisely. The property had everything we needed, included tons of safe, private parking. We had a great time and enjoyed it immensely.

my mistake turned golden.
5/5 I needed to change the dates of our stay to a week earlier and failed to change it. OH MY! So when we arrived at the Vrbo I called and found out I was a week early. Panic set in but the issue was quickly resolved when the owner said we could have it for 2 of our needed three nights. What a blessing! We were tired, hungry and desperate.What a blessing. AND we were refunded the 3rd nights stay! I'll definitely stay there again and recommend this location.
