Girls Vacay Away
5/5 This house is by far the best VRBO I have ever rented. It was fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The owners really do think of anything and everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. It really felt like home.

Perfect house for families with kids
5/5 This house was great for kids and adults. Our kids had a great time playing downstairs in the game room, which allowed the adults some peace and quiet upstairs. The house was very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent. The view from the patio was just as great as the pictures show. We saw lots of deer around the property. There is a marina just down the road where you can rent boats, and a the beaver dam is really close for good fishing.

Just like home but way better!
5/5 We had the nicest stay at the warmest and most welcoming home. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The basement is a kids/teenagers dream! Beds were comfy; kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Kathryn (our host) could not have been more kind and friendly.

Comfortable and Kid Friendly
5/5 Staying here was such a stress free experience. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, but with all the toys and entertainment at this booking, our son had a great time even on the rainy days. Loved the little shop of trinkets and backup items. Would definitely stay again! The view alone on the deck was worth it. The fall colors surrounding the lake view were perfect.

5/5 Our family of 6, (4 teenagers, my husband and me), ventured to Eureka Springs for our Fall Break. Weather was terrific. The town was picture perfect and quaint. The house? Absolutely everything we could’ve hoped for! Kathryn and her family have done a terrific job of making their property both homey and comfortable to fancy and fun. The whole downstairs is a kids/teenagers dream hangout. Kitchen is fully equipped and the little free fridge is such a great idea for food and condiments. The drive back and forth to town was easy and pretty - especially in the Fall. Beds were super comfy and the porch was the absolute best place for coffee drinking and just relaxing. Already trying to plan a next time.
