Great view!
4/5 The view was great, but I think the steep and rocky path to the lake was underplayed, also the sloped driveway and the rock steps to the the front door. It implies the basement steps might be difficult for people with limited mobility, while in fact just getting into the house was difficult. The bathrooms were spotless, other areas not so much.

Holiday with Family
5/5 The place was so nice and plenty big enough. I would suggest making sure to stress that the parking at the house is not made for boats. The trees into the driveway make it very difficult to turn a boat around and to swing the boat into the driveway. If you are pulling a boat with out good breaks or 4 wheel drive you will have difficulty. It is best to unload your boats before coming to the house.

Perfect Family Lake House!
5/5 Decks on two levels, upper deck has the best view. 3-1/2 baths are perfect for large groups or families. House has character but everything works. Walk down to the lake is steep but the beach has more sand than any other property in the area. The lake entry is gentle and great for younger kids with a gradual depth increase from 0-6’ about 30’ out. There are great sites to see within 1 hour drive and most are 30-45 minutes. Indian Rock Caves, Dam Site (cliff jumping). Sugarloaf Mountain Island. Local waterfalls. Mountain View Ozark Folk Stake Park. National Buffalo River (it’s a dark sky park). Lots more. Best/least expensive place (as of this writing 8/2022) to rent a boat is Sugarloaf Marina. Their 10x30 pontoon is older and not as fast but it has a slide and goes fast enough for tubing, they also have a flushing toilet on board which is a must for staying out on the water all day. If we ever come back to Greers Ferry Lake this is the place we’ll stay.

Great cabin!
5/5 We went for a family vacation with my son and his family and had a great stay! Plenty of room for four adults and all the kids to have our spaces. Great location, exactly as described. Would definitely stay again!

Great location
4/5 The location is nice however the place does need to be maintained. Doors were hard to open as well as lock. There were spider webs inside the house on the fixtures. We did clean them when we found them. The balconies were full of spiders and webs and dust. Again this is a great location and checkin was good. This place just needs some work but it still made some great memories for our family.
