Outside cleaning needed.
4/5 Interior is very nice, well stocked and clean.
Outdoor deck area is beautiful however not clean. Seating and grill need to be cleaned and many cigarette butts. Turn off to non-smoker.
Over all quiet, peaceful place to stay.

Relaxing getaway
5/5 This is a beautiful home and property! The 3 levels of decks are amazing and where we spent most of our time. The house provides everything you need and is very comfortable. I took full advantage of the jacuzzi tub! Such a nice location, close to the lake and a short drive to so many hiking trails around Fairfield Bay or Heber Springs. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing long couples weekend, but we think our kids would also love it, so we plan on bringing them with us for our next visit. All positives for this listing!

Great place to stay
5/5 We absolutely loved our stay . The house was fully stocked the owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. It was nice to not have to stay in a noisy hotel. It was very quiet .
