Would stay here again in a heartbeat
5/5 Cute, nicely decorated, clean home conveniently situated to all the cool stuff with a bike trail basically outside the door. The backyard is a lovely hangout (we saw a big turtle cruising down the path one day). The notebook of info is nicely and thoroughly done. The under-lit cabinet in the bathroom is a nice touch at night so that the overhead doesn't have to be turned on and the reusable Keurig cups were greatly appreciated since we brought our own coffee.

5/5 Wonderful place! We would love to return again ! Close to bike trails and walking trail, close to downtown. Our host David was spectacular. So welcoming and informative.

Home was turn key ready on arrival
& immaculate. Beds were a welcome comfort after a full day of touring.
David & Heidi provide a helpful binder
with an array of local highlights in the area. Owners respond quickly to calls/texts.

Awesome weekend
5/5 What a great spot; it’s a perfect size for a family of four. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was within easy walking distance of two great museums and downtown Bentonville. It was right next to a trailhead, so we got lots of riding in without having to worry about driving anywhere. Our hosts were very welcoming, and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. We will definitely come back.
