• Outstanding stay

  This was an absolutely fantastic way to spend a weekend. It is around the same price as a dinky little hotel room but you get two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a comfy living room, and even board games! We played Clue although I didn't win....

  The pricing for the location is very transparent online. They even break down the taxes so you can see exactly what you're paying for and I haven't seen any surprises on my credit card.

  It is out in a relatively rural area so it's a drive to get to Bentonville but the extra 15 minutes is well worth it.

  My one problem was there is a "community pool" listed as an amenity. When we went up there they said we needed guest passes provided by the owner then we could pay the small guest fee of $4 to get in. This isn't listed anywhere in the Evolve packet in the condo nor online. I emailed my contact to ask about it and never got a reply. Having no contact for any issues is a problem.

  That one problem aside it is a very charming place that you will not regret choosing!

• Expected better!

  The place was nice and looked to have been remodeled. We also liked that it was close to the main road, let us park our high-top van under the carport, and was on Brittany’s golf course. But unfortunately, there were a few things that could have been better and make our stay more pleasant: There was no handicap ramp in the area, which really isn’t up to code.The oven and stove didn’t work very well. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well, and no salt. (Bring your own condiments and seasonings, as there was hardly anything there.) There were no small oven pans, microwave containers, griddle, or waffle iron.There wasn’t a barbecue grill either, which would have been nice, given the oven didn’t work. The master shower control was hard to figure out, and when it finally became hot, it sprayed hot at the top and bottom of the dial.There were no toiletries in the bathrooms and we almost ran out of toilet paper.The floor looked clean, but needed a good mopping job, as our feet were dirty after walking on it, and we had to wash them every night.The security and maintenance fee were too high for this property.This place wasn’t the quality of a VRBO.Thanks for letting us stay here, but besides the available room, staying in a hotel would have been better for the money we spent.

  - Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're so glad you enjoyed the location of the home!
  - Professional photography is used for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. There is no handicap ramp advertised.
  - We reached out to you before your stay to let you know that the oven was broken and that we were in the process of getting it repaired. When you replied that you wouldn’t need the oven and we confirmed that the stove worked fine, we thought we were all on the same page. On the day of your arrival, we sent the repair company to inspect the oven since you decided you wanted to make pizza during your stay. It turned out that a part needed to be ordered to make the necessary repair, so we were happy to offer to buy pizza for your group for the inconvenience.
  - Basic condiments are provided, and the housecleaner didn’t notice that we were out of salt. This has since been re-stocked.
  - There is a skillet that guests can use to make pancakes. We do have plenty of microwaveable containers and oven pans.
  - We take the accuracy of our listing seriously and we’ve confirmed that we do not market a griddle, waffle iron, grill, or toiletries as amenities for this home. Guests are encouraged to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - A cleaning service cleans and sanitizes the home, which includes mopping the floor, before each guest's arrival. That being said, there is a lot of dust in Bella Vista! We apologize if this negatively affected your stay.
  - We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.

• Weekend Family Bike Trip

  The property was great for our family bike weekend. The house was very clean, well decorated and close to trails. The sunroom is a bonus family hangout area. We'll definitely be back.

  This really was a great venue for myself and family while in the area to bike. The house sits on the back 40 trail with quick access to blowing springs. The beds were heavenly. Owner was quick and responsive. Place has everything one needs to relax and cool and enjoy time with family. Definitely would stay again. This is a must!
