Clean and Spacious, block and a half from MTB trails
5/5 Very clean, everything was as advertised. 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville. Extremely quiet street, made for great sleeping and relaxing. Any neighbor we saw was very nice. Wish the kitchen had some more utensils, and I am not a fan of cameras on the outside of the house, but maybe thats just me. All in all, terrific house.

5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. We were nervous at first because when we reached out to our contact person Kristi she was not aware of our reservation. Kristi was very helpful and answered our questions quickly. The house is very cute and we would stay again.

Thanksgiving celebration
5/5 This was a great location - away from town but close to get anything needed. Lots of room, clean, new construction and comfortable to hang out together but be separate if needed.

Lovely property
5/5 Clean, quiet and as described property. Smart lock on front door wasn’t working when we arrived and took about 15 min for property contact to call back. Everything else went smoothly - highly recommend!

Wonderful Place
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this location. We met up with family that was halfway for everyone.The house was perfect for 6 adults and three dogs. The backyard is very large for the dogs to roam around outside. The house is very comfortable to sit around a visit, and has a nice kitchen for meal prep. We enjoyed our stay, and our contact Christy was very helpful. We highly recommend this location.
