Quiet and pleasant
5/5 Had a great experience. Enjoyed the golf course out back, and the enclosed porch made for a nice breakfast nook. Projector was great for relaxing in the evening. Easy check in and very clean.

Nice place - could use a few improvements
3/5 We really enjoyed our stay overall. Awesome location on the bike trails, roomy, clean, cool theater.
Some drawbacks was a really small third bedroom that no one wanted to stay in, loud air conditioner that would wake my daughter up since she slept on the couch to avoid the small room, the cool theater is too loud so it couldn’t be fully utilized or the neighbor would get annoyed and knock on the door (we turned off the subwoofer and that helped), the grill is electric not gas/charcoal so it didn’t make good steaks. I was surprised no coffee was provided too.
I would want to try another place next time as we really liked the area and complex. I would recommend the place to someone else knowing the minor drawbacks, and it’s reasonably priced.
Not really a 3 bedroom
4/5 Property was great, but not if there is a need for 3 bedrooms. Twin bedroom was more of a closet - no ventilation. Probably would not have rented if I had known the lack of an actual 3rd bedroom. Not comfortable for an adult.

Family getaway
4/5 Great getaway for our family. It served our purpose. The house had some areas that could have been a little cleaner. The “third” bedroom is a little deceiving, as it was a converted closet. The upstairs a/c unit was not on when we arrived which caused a lack of air circulation and a stale odor.
