  We absolutely loved all the games and the books the house had to offer. It felt just like home. It was very clean and the cutest little house ever. We will definitely try and book it next year also.

  Very easy access to the highway, grocery, pharmacy, and a few eateries. House was nicely appointed, and cleaner than most rentals we’ve stayed in, in this area. The kitchen cooking utensils are sparse, we made do but it does need pot holders, and baking pans. Does not have a keurig coffee pot, so bring ground coffee. The coffee pot on the counter works but impossible to pour without getting coffee everywhere. We found a small 5 cup regular coffee maker in the cabinet and that worked perfectly. The only suggestion I would make is for the cleaning company to sweep off the back porch, clean up the cobwebs, and wipe the table and the grill off prior to guests arriving. The back porch is a huge draw for people who like to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again!

• Great Property horrible communications from Property mgmt co.

  The day of check in I still didn't have communication on how to access property. Phone number in VRBO for mgmt company is no good. I googled Evolve mgmt and got their sales person who transferred me to support. While on hold for more than 5 minutes the recording did mention to check my spam mail. I use yahoo for VRBO and didn't think yahoo even had a spam folder with as much as I get. Sure enough email was there, however mgmt co never called me back from my desperate requests on VRBO messenger

  House was clean, comfortable and quiet. Having a garage with an opener was also a plus! Town has all needed conveniences and location is close to Bentonville. Property manager was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
