Great time
4/5 Great time, group of guys doing a golf trip 2 times a year over the past 19 years. Condo was nice and big, clean and in a great area if I had to pick one thing bad it would be that everything was out dated but again it was very clean and had more room then we needed.

Plenty of Space
3/5 Layout great for large family; kids love the loft. Although not beach side, convenient location. Lots of stairs; unit located on third level. One bedroom and bath located upstairs behind loft. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Family vacation
4/5 The townhome is spacious and clean. We did have to wipe down the kitchen a bit. It is noted in the description but you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the entrance of townhome. Also you have to cross a busy 4 lane highway to get across to beach. We just parked at the beach access which has bathrooms too. Restaurants and Publix are close by. There is a nice docking/ fishing pier. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with the 3rd bedroom upstairs and loft. You have to use a spiral staircase to get to top bedroom/ loft. Nice room and area but tight spiral staircase. It’s a nice condo as long as you are aware of the stairs and that you really need to drive over to beach access. Grills are available too and nice covered parking!
