Perfect for the family!
5/5 This condo was amazing. It was spotless when we walked in the door. Also, being on the 12th floor, the view was phenomenal. We could watch the sunrise from the main entrance and the sunset on the balcony. Highly recommended, especially if you have children. We had our 9 and 5 year old sons, and 6 year old daughter. The bunk beds in the hallway worked perfect, kids loved them.

Great location with beautiful views!
3/5 This condo was in a great location, beautiful views, had everything we needed including beach chairs. Was clean but did have a musty smell when we arrived but after the a/c ran for a bit it was better. Floors in bathroom could have been cleaned better. The communication is terrible in fact after an email a couple days before my trip, a call while I was there and another email while I was there all have never been returned. My check in email stated that I would pay on site and get parking pass but the is NOT true. Thankfully I arrived when I did because the location down the street to get the parking pass closed 30 minutes later. These rules changed on 3/1/22 & I should have been notified. I was having trouble using the key pad to get in and after several attempts I called but it went to a voice mail. I left a message with no call back. Glad we figure out the key pad. Beds are not comfortable and the king mattress is almost 13 year's old and you can tell. The hall bunk beds would be ok for a small child but not teen or older. Overall this is a great condo, just needs new mattresses. Communication needs to happen too with the guests and should be top priority.

- I have looked into your concerns regarding communication and have updated the processes to help ensure that guests can communicate quickly and efficiently with the property managers and local contacts. This includes an updated contact number that is included in the check-in information.
- Regarding the parking, we were aware of this change and updated the check-in information with the new instructions. In this case, your reservation was made prior to the changing process which is why you received the old instructions. Once the check-in instructions were updated, a new email was sent with those instructions. However, I can appreciate that this email could have been missed since you had already received the instructions previously.
- We will be sure to reach out directly when significant changes are made moving forward.
